Information collected

Zenonext collects information you submit through the contact form, including your name, business contact details and project context. The website may also collect aggregated usage data when the administrator enables Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager.

Campaign attribution

We record campaign tags (UTM parameters), advertising click identifiers, landing pages, referring websites and the calls to action used before an enquiry. Browser storage retains first and latest visit attribution for up to 90 days, and submitted attribution is stored with your enquiry to help us understand how you found us. Unrelated URL query parameters are excluded from attribution records. Your name, email, phone and message are not included in our custom analytics events.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, manage potential projects, improve the website and protect the service. Zenonext does not sell personal information.

Storage and retention

Contact enquiries are stored in the website database. The administrator should define an appropriate retention period, restrict admin access and maintain encrypted hosting backups.
